Ingredients
2 oz. Barsol Pisco Acholado
0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
12 Mint Leaves
6 Dash Aromatic Bitter
How to make it
In a swizzle cup (or highball), gently muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup. Add crushed ice to the top and pour in the Pisco. Stir with a swizzle stick. Fill missing ice and garnish with dashes of aromatic bitters and some mint leaves.
