Ingredients

2 oz. Pisco Barsol Acholado
0.25 oz. Blue Curacao
0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Ginger Ale
Pisco Sour foam

How to make it

In an ice filled highball, add the simple syrup, lime juice and ginger ale. Stir gently to integrate ingredients. Add more ice, and carefully and slowly add Pisco and then Blue Curacao, with the intention of forming layers. Finally with a spoon add the Pisco Sour foam. Garnish with lime peel shavings
