Comments

An adaptation of the Classic Mai Tai created in 1944 by the famous Víctor Bergeron, aka Trader Vic’s. Mai Tai’s name comes from the Rapanui expression “Mai Tai Roa Ae” which means, “the best from another world!”. Undoubtedly the use of Puro Quebranta Pisco and the pecan nut orgeat, makes the cocktail taste from another world! Trader Vic used original Pisco, imported from Peru, on several of his cocktails listed in his menues well through 1960’s. We are sure he would have approved of this one as well!
