Ingredients

2 oz. BarSol Pisco Mosto Verde Quebranta
0.5 oz. Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Café Espresso
3 Dashes Cacao Bitters

How to make it

In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients, Pisco, coffee liqueur, simple syrup and espresso coffee. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cocoa bitters.

This is an adaptation of the classic Espresso Martini created on the 80’s by the iconic English bartender Dick Bradsell. This adaptation replaces the vodka for Mosto Verde Quebranta Pisco and the addition of cacao bitters helps accent certain characteristics inherently to this type of Pisco.
