Ingredients
2 Oz. BarSol Pisco Puro Moscatel
1 Oz. Fresh Pomelo Juice
0.5 Oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 Oz. Simple Syrup
1.5 Oz. Grapefruit soda (or just soda)
How to make it
In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients Pisco, pomelo juice, lime juice, simple syrup, with the exception of the soda. Shake well and strain into an ice filled highball glass. (salt/sugar rim is optional). Top with soda and gently stir. Garnish pomelo twist.
